Support payroll preparation by collecting relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.). Help maintain compliance with labour regulations and internal HR policies. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
