About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to support the daily HR operations at our manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and factory administration. It is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR, particularly in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and contractual workers
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and compliance records
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and vendors for hiring and documentation
• Support HR documentation including ID card issuance, joining forms, and policy communication
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
• Help with monthly HR reports, salary processing inputs, and onboarding formalities
• Ensure smooth coordination between factory HR and head office HR team
• Perform regular field and floor rounds for employee queries and feedback

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Must be willing to work from our Bahadurgarh factory
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to handle ground-level HR operations
• Candidates residing in or near Bahadurgarh preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
