HR Intern

About DigiAtmos:
DigiAtmos is a leading digital marketing firm specializing in SEO, social media marketing, web development, and innovative online growth strategies. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team and contribute to various HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and social platforms.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment ads.
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and employee information.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
