Job Description

As the Head of Human Resources (HR HOD) at Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd., you will have the opportunity to lead our HR function and support our business growth in the transformer manufacturing industry. With our reputation for quality, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction, we serve clients across India and beyond. Your role will involve overseeing HR functions at our facilities in Rabale, Taloja, and Ambernath, with the main headquarters located in Thane. We are looking for a qualified candidate with deep experience in the manufacturing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to join us immediately or within 30 days. You should hold an MBA in HR, possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and have prior experience in transformer manufacturing. A background in the manufacturing industry is mandatory, and familiarity with HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India is essential. Your responsibilities will include implementing company HR policies, leading recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork, overseeing performance reviews and training initiatives, and contributing to organizational development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a people-centric mindset, capable of leading in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to assess character and conduct structured interviews, are crucial for success in this role. You must also demonstrate strong ethical values and a practical approach to team leadership. The salary offered will be competitive and based on your experience and qualifications, with the final package to be discussed during the interview process.
