Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Alignment

• Translate business goals into clear KRAs and KPIs for every team and individual.
  
• Ensure alignment across departments toward a single organizational objective.
  
• Partner with leadership to build scalable workforce structures as company grows globally.
  

Performance & Engagement

• Establish transparent performance management systems with periodic reviews.
  
• Identify, nurture, and retain high-performing talent while uplifting overall team effectiveness.
  
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, improving team motivation and retention.
  

Conflict Resolution & Culture Building

• Act as a mediator and trusted partner in handling grievances or conflicts with fairness.
  
• Champion our cultural values of craftsmanship, authenticity, and growth.
  
• Foster a culture of self-motivation, ownership, and continuous learning.
  

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and payroll alignment.
  
• Lead recruitment end-to-end for leadership, technical, and creative roles.
  

Training & Development

• Build structured learning programs (minimum 4 hours/month per employee).
  
• Develop leadership pipelines and succession planning for future growth.
  

Desired Profile

• 7-10 years of proven HR leadership experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setup.
  
• Strong track record in performance management (KRA/KPI design) and HR compliance.
  
• Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and people leadership skills.
  
• Growth-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about building strong, aligned teams.
  
• Exposure to e-commerce, retail, or craft-led businesses is a plus.
