As the HR Head for a hospital, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic human resources functions to ensure a positive work environment and support the hospital's operational goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and training, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with laws, and fostering employee engagement. You will need to have experience in healthcare HR, strategic planning, and may require an advanced degree or relevant HR certification. Your role will involve administering and managing employee compensation and benefits programs, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal policies. You will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations. Additionally, you will be overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified staff, including physicians and nurses. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
