HR Generalist with HRMS

As an HR Generalist with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring HR documentation compliance with statutory requirements, and managing performance management cycles. In this role, you will also coordinate learning and development initiatives in collaboration with department heads, handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution. It will be essential for you to monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices. Additionally, you will prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights and efficiently manage and update the HRMS system. To qualify for this position, you should hold an MBA in HR or an equivalent postgraduate qualification with 5-7 years of relevant HR generalist experience. Proficiency in HRMS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, Darwin box, Zoho People, etc., is required. You should have a good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will be self-driven and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset. If you have experience working in reputable companies and can relocate to Gurugram Sector-62, it will be considered a plus.
