HR Generalist with Hands-on HRMS Experience ( Male)

As an HR Generalist with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your duties will include maintaining and updating employee records to ensure HR documentation complies with statutory requirements. Additionally, you will oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions, and collaborate with department heads on learning and development initiatives. Handling employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution will also be part of your role. It will be your responsibility to monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices. You will prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide leadership with valuable insights. Prior hands-on experience with HRMS systems is required to efficiently manage and update the HRMS system. To qualify for this position, you should hold an MBA in HR or an equivalent postgraduate qualification and have at least 5-7 years of relevant HR generalist experience. Proficiency in HRMS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Keka, Darwin box, Zoho People, etc., along with a good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance, is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR reporting is also necessary.
