Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• *Recruitment:*
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
• Ensure timely filling of vacancies and adherence to recruitment policies.
• *Employee Relations:*
• Foster positive employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
• Promote a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and respect.
• *HR Operations:*
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.
• *Policy Development:*
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
• *Compliance:*
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
  

Requirements

• Degree in HRM or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
