Job Description

As an HR Generalist at TaskUs, you will be the primary person responsible for taking care of the employees. Your role will involve handling due process documents and proceedings, conducting background checks, administering human resource programs, managing employment-related inquiries, participating in disciplinary meetings and investigations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and staying updated on HR trends and best practices. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to perform other duties as assigned. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings - Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications - Administer human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance management, talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development - Manage employment-related inquiries and refer complex matters to appropriate staff - Attend and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations - Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations - Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies - Perform other assigned duties **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient time management abilities and deadline orientation - Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Prioritization skills and ability to delegate tasks when necessary - Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all actions - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations - BPO background and experience is a plus TaskUs is a leading provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies.
