Role & responsibilities We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to handle various HR functions, including Non-IT recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and exit formalities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for various roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals. Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Manage negotiation & offer generation process. 2. Onboarding & Induction Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration. Conduct induction & orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company policies. Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation. 3. HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Handle employment contracts, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. 4. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity. Address employee grievances and provide necessary HR support. 5. Disciplinary Actions & Compliance Issue warnings and memos as per company policy in case of misconduct or policy violations. Assist in conflict resolution and ensure adherence to company guidelines. 6. Payroll: Assisting In Attendance and salary processing 6. Exit Formalities & Off boarding Manage the resignation process, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
