Job Description

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

Employee Onboarding and Lifecycle Management:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction, and assimilation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee files, HRIS records, documentation, and lifecycle transactions (confirmations, transfers, role changes, exits).
  • Ensure smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.

Employee Engagement And Culture Development

  • Design and drive engagement activities aligned with a tech/product workforce.
  • Conduct periodic employee connects and feedback sessions; identify opportunities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Support initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and collaborative work practices.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate the performance cyclegoal setting, check-ins, reviews, and calibrations.
  • Support managers and employees through performance discussions and documentation.
  • Assist in handling PIPs, development plans, and related processes.

Policy, Compliance, And HR Operations

  • Support creation, communication, and adherence to HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Shops and Establishment) and IAM-relevant audits (ISO/SOC2/GDPR).
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and provide data insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Work closely with finance, admin, and security teams on audit readiness and operational matters.

Employee Relations And Support

  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Address queries, concerns, and employee relations matters with confidentiality and empathy.
  • Provide coaching to managers on HR processes, policy interpretation, and team management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR preferred.
  • 3-6 years of HR Generalist experience in product, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IAM-based organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, engagement, and performance management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership and attention to detail.
