Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations, including employee induction and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide support in resolving employee-related issues through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or similar field (freshers welcome).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee relations, induction, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
