HR Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations like attendance management, employee queries, and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in conducting employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive company culture.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
