Job Title: HR Executive Location: Bangalore Department: Human Resources Experience: 0-1 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and effective HR function while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: o Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. o Coordinate the hiring process and conduct background verification. o Facilitate the onboarding and induction process for new employees. Employee Relations & Engagement: o Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner. o Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention. o Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement. HR Operations & Compliance: o Maintain employee records and HR databases. o Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. o Process payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance management. Performance Management & Training: o Assist in performance appraisal cycles and provide feedback mechanisms. o Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • 0-1 years of experience in HR roles. • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
