Greetings from PRIMUS Global Technologies!! Hiring for freshers (Hyderabad) Key Responsibilities: Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for UK & EU clients. Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, etc. Conduct initial screening and pre-qualify candidates. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers in UK & Europe time zones. Maintain and update candidate databases and documentation. Ensure compliance with GDPR and client-specific recruitment protocols. Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent verbal and written English communication. Willingness to work in UK/EU shift timings (typically afternoon to evening IST). Strong research, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Familiarity with MS Office and internet tools. Eligibility: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers 2022, 2023, 2024 pass-outs welcome). No prior experience required – training will be provided.
