Role Summary:

We are hiring Field Recruiters to support bulk hiring for blue-collar roles (packers, loaders, etc.) in Ahmedabad and Surat. The role involves field sourcing, conducting interviews, organizing walk-in drives, and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via field visits, vendors, and job camps
• Conduct interviews and document collection on-site
• Plan recruitment drives and ensure target fulfillment
• Maintain hiring data and coordinate with HR & Ops teams
• Build strong local sourcing networks

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in field/bulk hiring (Logistics/E-comm preferred)
• Skills: Local sourcing, communication, basic Excel
• Language: Gujarati & Hindi
• Must Have: Own 2-wheeler, valid DL, willingness to travel extensively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,629.87 - ₹35,000.00 per month
