As a Recruitment Specialist at the company, your primary responsibility will be to analyze the organization's requirements and identify suitable candidates through various channels such as phone and email. You will play a crucial role in recruiting individuals and guiding them through the recruitment process. Moreover, you will be in charge of managing existing employees, collecting feedback, and collaborating with the accounts department to process employee salaries.
