HR Executive/Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our HR department as a HR Executive. We are looking for a dynamic & energetic individual to join our team. The candidate must be hardworking, great at learning new skills, and self-motivated.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The candidate should be flexible and adaptable; and must be able to meet the deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Working experience with a Human Resources Information System.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain HR reports
• Compliance with all policies and procedures related to onboarding
• Joining Checklist
• Reference check
• Documents verification check
• Timely issuance of the offer letter and appointment letter
• Partnering with managers to determine staffing needs
• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
• Posting Jobs on various Job Portals
• Working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions
• Reviewing and screening resumes and applications
• Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and employment practices
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
• Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Organize social events
• Monthly birthdays
• Farewell
• Celebration of festivals
• New joiners introduction
• Picnic/fun outing

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources.

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs.

Salary: Commensurate with skill and experience
