Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operations with a strong focus on leave and attendance management, late marking, and payroll coordination. The role also involves supporting overall HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor employee attendance, including daily late reports and absenteeism tracking.
• Maintain and update leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring all attendance data, deductions, and adjustments are accurately entered.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Handle HR-related queries from staff and provide timely resolution.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.
• Support overall HR operations including compliance, employee engagement activities, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and other HR-related needs.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of attendance and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualities

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
