Job Description

As an HR Executive you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, training & students placement. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Company tie-up for Student Placement and internships
Student interview and resume preparation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience in HR will be preferred
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
