Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting and posting job descriptions on various portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, company website). Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and schedule interviews for hiring managers. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors as needed. Maintain an organized database of candidate information and recruitment progress. Support in preparing offer letters and employment contracts. Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed. Conduct new employee orientations to introduce company policies, culture, and benefits. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new employees have necessary access and equipment. HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in the HR Information System (HRIS). Manage employee data related to attendance, leave, personal details, and performance. Prepare various HR-related letters and documents (e.g., appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, warning letters). Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data to the finance team. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters. Assist in addressing employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, escalating to the HR Manager when necessary. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, team-building events, and employee welfare programs. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management Support: Assist in the administration of the performance management process, including tracking performance review cycles and maintaining records. Support in gathering feedback and preparing basic performance reports. HR Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, Shops and Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.). Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and inform the HR Manager. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Training & Development Support: Assist in identifying training needs based on performance reviews and business requirements. Coordinate with internal or external trainers for employee development programs. Maintain training records and track employee participation.
