Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection: Identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process, including negotiation of salary and benefits.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting documents, conducting background checks, and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • HR Operations and Documentation: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, drafting various employment-related documents, and ensuring timely updates in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Collecting and verifying attendance records, coordinating with the payroll team for accurate salary processing, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
