Job Description

HR executive manages a company's human resources, with responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations. They are also responsible for ensuring legal compliance, developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance, and fostering a positive work environment.  Key roles and responsibilities: Talent acquisition: Overseeing the entire recruitment and hiring process. Conducting interviews and selecting new employees. Onboarding and training: Handling the onboarding of new hires and conducting orientations. Employee relations and performance: Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts. Promoting a positive work environment and employee engagement. Compliance and administration: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Developing and updating HR policies. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. Strategic support: Supporting HR strategies and initiatives that align with company goals. Creating reports for management decision-making. Handling employee offboarding and exit interviews
