Job Description

  • Assist in screening resumes, conducting interviews & scheduling interviews
  • Ensure the overall comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the office environment. Assist in direct incoming calls and visitors to the correct person
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
  • Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed
  • Assist in office administrative tasks
  • Monitoring emails, tasks, mailing correspondence and general admin works
  • Responsible for collecting best negotiated price from the vendors as and when required
  • Handling Queries regarding enquiry
  • Attending calls regarding enquiry and making calls to our customer and doing follow-ups regularly
  • Complete ad hoc HR and Admin tasks as required
  • Desired candidate profile
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • He / She should be a good performer
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • He / She should be proactive in identifying problems and suggesting solutions
