HR Executive

You will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. Additionally, you will coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires while maintaining employee records and databases. In terms of employee relations and engagement, you will address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and organize engagement activities and retention programs. Conducting exit interviews, analyzing feedback for improvement, managing employee benefits, leave records, and attendance tracking are also part of your responsibilities. You will assist in performance appraisals, career development plans, and identify training needs while coordinating employee development programs. Maintaining training records, evaluating effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies are key aspects of the role. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information. Preferred qualifications include certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CHRP) and experience in Construction HR practices.
