HR Manager

Location: Jigani, BangaloreExperience: 1-3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeCTC: Based on experience and market standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Payroll Management:Maintain payroll records, attendance, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances. Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on hiring and payroll.
• Proficiency in using hiring platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
