HVAC Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and plans for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD (and/or Revit), a solid understanding of HVAC system components, and the ability to work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications, codes, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC system layouts, ducting drawings, piping drawings, and schematics based on engineering inputs.
• Draft detailed plans, sections, and elevations for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to coordinate HVAC layouts.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards, ISHRAE codes, and local regulations.
• Update and revise drawings as required during project execution.
• Maintain an organized drawing library and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to resolve design issues.
• Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Solid works knowledge is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, duct sizing, and load calculations.
• Minimum [X] years of drafting experience in HVAC/MEP projects.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹43,017.85 per month
