Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Hiring
  • Handle end-to-end hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Employee Management
  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Monitor time tracking and ensure proper shift/leave management.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies.
  • Payroll Management
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll.
  • Maintain salary records, deductions, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or related role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment process, employee management, and payroll.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
