HR Executive – Sales Hiring & Performance Monitoring

We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Executive who can lead recruitment efforts for our growing sales team and also monitor their performance on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will play a dual role – hiring the right talent and ensuring their effectiveness through proper tracking systems and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment of field sales executives and tele-sales staff
• Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final selections
• Design and implement performance tracking systems for sales employees
• Maintain attendance, daily reporting, and productivity records of the sales team
• Work closely with management to improve hiring strategies and team output
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and training sessions for new hires
• Take ownership of meeting manpower requirements within deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment (sales hiring preferred)
• Good understanding of hiring portals, especially for field & tele-sales roles
• Ability to create reports and dashboards to track employee performance
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools
