Role: Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Experience-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage B2B/B2C sales leads through various platforms
• Use CRM tools efficiently to track and update client information
• Work on Excel and Google Sheets to maintain and analyze sales data
• Drive revenue through strategic follow-ups and conversions
• Achieve monthly targets and report to senior management
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and honesty

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (BPO/CRM-based preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Excel
• Must be computer-savvy and a quick learner of online tools
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Must be honest, hardworking, and result-oriented
• Should be ready to work in a high-performance sales-driven environment
