We assist in procuring credit facilities, preventing fraud, formulating financial policies, and executing financial matters. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR recruiter. The HR recruiter will be responsible for recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers. They will also handle employee relations, and engagement activities and will maintain the HR database. Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruiting process Experience in managing employee relations and engagement activities Proven ability to find candidates through various channels Hands-on experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Understanding of employment laws and regulations Note: Experience in the same domain will be fine.
