Job Description

Recruitment and onboarding: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring and onboarding process.
HR policy and compliance: Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure they are understood and followed by employees. They must also ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulations.
Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, resolving disputes, and managing employee conduct to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Performance management: Overseeing performance reviews, setting goals, providing feedback, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
Compensation and benefits: Designing and managing compensation and benefits packages, processing payroll, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Training and development: Assessing training needs and coordinating programs to help employees develop new skills and advance their careers.
HR administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HR software (like HRIS and ATS), and overseeing daily HR department operations.
Employee engagement: Developing and organizing activities and programs to boost morale, promote team building, and improve overall employee engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
