As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. You will conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews with hiring managers and managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer extension. It is crucial to ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. Qualifications required for this role include 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (HR/IR). While an MBA/PGDM degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should have a strong understanding of sourcing profiles, interview scheduling, stakeholder management, and headhunting techniques. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective candidate engagement.
