Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.

• Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.

• Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (HR/IR).

• MBA/PGDM degree preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, interview scheduling, stakeholder management, headhunting techniques.

• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
