HR Executive (Recruitment)

Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment (preferably in white collar hiring in logistics, Q-commerce, or FMCG)

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for driving white-collar hiring across the Gujarat region,

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (White Collar):

· End-to-end hiring for mid-level white-collar roles (Ops Executives, Hub Leads, Field Officers, etc.) across Gujarat.

· Source via Naukri, ER Jobs, LinkedIn, vendors, referrals, and local outreach.

· Screen, schedule, and follow up till the offer and joining.

On-Ground Stakeholder Coordination:

· Work closely with Ops leaders, Hub Managers, and Regional Heads to understand manpower needs.

· Be available on-call or on-site during urgent or mass hiring requirements.

· Build trust with ground-level leadership by delivering quick and quality hires.

Salary Negotiation & Offer Rollouts:

· Handle salary discussions, negotiate within budget, and ensure closure within TAT.

· Manage offer letters, documentation, and basic pre-onboarding processes.

Onboarding & Field Joining Formalities:

· Coordinate basic onboarding activities from the MDC/Warehouse – documentation, ID collection, etc.

· Liaison with central HR for induction or system formalities.

Job Portal & Vendor Management:

· Ensure smart and cost-effective usage of job portals (Naukri, ER Jobs).

· Build a reliable vendor pipeline across Gujarat cities/towns for local hiring support.

What We Expect From You:

· Comfortable working from a warehouse setup, not a corporate office.

· Willing to travel across Gujarat as needed for hiring drives.

· Ready to handle hiring pressure, tight TATs, and ramp-up seasons.

· Clear communicator – with leadership, candidates, and vendors.

Qualifications:

· Graduate

· 2–4 years of experience in field or regional recruitment, preferably in Q-commerce, logistics, e-com, or FMCG

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
