Job Description

Estatex Landbase is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74 A, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment. Candidates with relevant recruitment experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
Manage high-volume hiring requirements effectively and efficiently.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and updates with the team.

Key Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Prior experience in Real Estate or volume hiring will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools.
