Position: HR Executive Location: Bavla – Ahmedabad Experience : 2 to 5 Years Reporting: HR Head Industry: Manufacturing Only Job Description: * Help with hiring by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Assist with on boarding new employees and making sure they settle in smoothly. * Maintain employee records and handle paperwork like offer letters and contracts. * Keep track of attendance, leave, and help with payroll coordination. * Organize fun employee activities and team-building events. * Make sure company policies are followed and updated. * Help with performance reviews and training plans. * Support the HR Manager in daily tasks.
