Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and implementing OD and OE strategies that align with business priorities.

Support the end-to-end execution of the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and performance calibration.

Conduct diagnostics and help gather insights through surveys and data analytics to support organizational interventions.

Drive change management and capability-building initiatives in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.

Track key HR metrics and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in OD/OE and PMS.

Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and tools.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
