Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and interviews. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation. Process payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for timely disbursement. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and gratuity. Monitor attendance, leaves, and maintain HR MIS reports. Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and team-building activities. Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures in coordination with management. Support the HR team in policy communication and HR audits. Conduct exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation. Skills: Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Ability to manage confidential information responsibly. Excellent organization and time management skills. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar capacity.
