Job Title: HR Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Handle employee relations and address any HR-related concerns.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support management in developing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
• Ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Assist in payroll and attendance management.
• Collaborate with departments to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresher or 1+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent employee management and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
