Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes, which includes tasks such as job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and executing Employee Engagement activities to enhance the overall employee experience within the organization. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with various statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other relevant regulations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to Training & Development initiatives by assisting in the design and implementation of relevant programs. Another essential aspect of this role will involve the implementation and periodic updates of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal standards. This will require attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing any necessary changes or improvements. This is a Full-time position that offers benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication within the workplace. The work location for this role is in person, which will provide you with the opportunity to engage directly with team members and stakeholders.,
