2. Screening of Profiles as per requisition.
3. Aligning interviews via calling and taking a preliminary round of Interview.
4. Passing on to Hiring Managers for Final round
5. Entering into Salary Negotiations, On boarding & Off Boarding Processes
6. Background Verifications
7. Organizational Policy Management
8. Performance Management
9. Project Management /Project Co-ordinator for entire organization including Softwares Development/Softwares Implementation/ In house ProjectsCoordination
