Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates to meet company staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with concerned departments.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting offer letters and handling joining formalities.
• Maintain records of interviews and new hires.
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Prepare recruitment status reports and hiring metrics.
• Support in employer branding and improving candidate experience.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresher to 1 years of experience
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
