Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Gurgaon, Sector 44 Salary Range: ₹1.80 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon (Sector 44). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring timely closures of open positions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Utilize job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms for sourcing. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various roles. Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. Maintain recruitment-related reports and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. 6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment. Knowledge of sourcing through portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to join within 15 days.
