As an HR Compliance Executive at Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., your role involves ensuring compliance with various labor laws and regulations. You will be responsible for the following key areas: - Proficiency in CLRA, PF, ESI, Factory Act, and basic knowledge of other relevant acts is required. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Factory compliances and attendance management is preferred. - Assist clients in effectively handling queries, objections, and inspections by authorities. - Expertise in MIS and knowledge in MS Office is essential. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA is preferred. As a labor law expert, you should have a strong understanding of the Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC, PF, Workmen Compensation, and other statutory regulations.
