HR Executive

You will be responsible for various HR functions at iTech Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd., a Channel Partner for Alibaba.com, located in Noida, India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring smooth documentation process for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. - Regularly updating and auditing HR databases for data integrity and compliance. - Monitoring and tracking employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave requests. - Coordinating with managers for proper leave approvals and adherence to company policies. - Maintaining and updating the leave management system for accuracy. - Ensuring compliance with labour laws, organizational HR policies, and regulatory requirements. - Supporting the execution of periodic audits to align HR processes with legal requirements and best practices. - Assisting in the preparation of HR reports, audits, and compliance documentation. - Continuously evaluating existing HR workflows and processes for operational improvements. - Streamlining HR operations to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies. - Implementing and maintaining standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions. - Coordinating with employees for benefits processing and communication. - Managing benefits programs, including updating records, processing claims, and liaising with vendors. - Assisting in communicating HR initiatives, policy changes, or updates to the team. - Participating in manpower planning and management.
