About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify manpower requirements and present them to the HR Head for approval.
  • Coordinate media relations for doctors.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and hiring new employees.
  • Oversee onboarding and joining formalities, including preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Conduct employee orientation programs.
  • Plan and execute training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Manage performance evaluations, appraisals, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR databases; provide updates to management as required.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory compliances (ESI, PF, Gratuity).
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the exit process smoothly.
  • Perform SWOT analysis for employees and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture enhancement initiatives.
  • Administer leave management, salary processing, and HR policy adherence.
