Key Responsibilities Identify manpower requirements and present them to the HR Head for approval. Coordinate media relations for doctors. Manage the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and hiring new employees. Oversee onboarding and joining formalities, including preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation. Conduct employee orientation programs. Plan and execute training sessions for new and existing employees. Manage performance evaluations, appraisals, and employee satisfaction initiatives. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR databases; provide updates to management as required. Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory compliances (ESI, PF, Gratuity). Conduct exit interviews and manage the exit process smoothly. Perform SWOT analysis for employees and provide guidance for improvement. Drive employee engagement and workplace culture enhancement initiatives. Administer leave management, salary processing, and HR policy adherence.
