HR Executive / HR Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• HR Executive / HR Generalist Recruitment & Employee Engagement
  
• Drive end-to-end hiring for various roles in the Stock Broking domain
  
• Lead employee engagement programs and internal HR initiatives
  
• Manage HR operations including onboarding, HRMS updates, and coordination
  
• Act as a people-oriented HR partner for employees and managers

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates through portals, referrals, and social media
  
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers
  
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and smooth joining formalities
  
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and surveys
  
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and support payroll coordination
  
• Maintain accurate HR records, files, and HRMS data
  
• Assist in policy implementation, employee relations, and grievance handling
  
• Ensure adherence to HR processes and company guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidate with

  13 years of HR experience

  in a

  Stock Broking / Financial Services

  company
• Strong exposure to

  End-to-End Recruitment

  for stock broking roles
• Proven ability to independently handle

  Employee Engagement initiatives

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  
• Energetic, people-oriented, and proactive in handling HR activities
  
• Strong understanding of HR operations, onboarding, attendance, and HRMS
  
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced financial services environment

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  
• Educational background:

  Bachelor’s degree / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field

• Candidates currently based in or willing to work from

  Bangalore (Sadashivnagar)
